And this may let you down, I've never been into feminism, if people don't know when they're being manipulated into thinking something over it being a natural movement I personally can't help that. All I know is I've seen more bad than good come out of it and the proof is now on show.
The worst thing that could ever happen is if a bunch of women all became president or prime minister of their respective countries. Which I admit is probably a long way off what you meant but the only reply I can give.

I don't know if you are aware but back in the nineties the UK government and I suspect other Western governments started sending a lot of women on long weekend courses to do with their job....... alledgedly. The bulk of these women came back very aggressive in attitude and I knew personally of two families that were totally broken up, the women walked out on husband and children without looking back, became the hardline feminists I can't abide and the results are clear today.
ALL police and the like were sent on very similar courses during 2018/19 and there were plans to do the same with all government workers but I haven't been able to trace if that happened . Obviously I'm talking about the UK here but............?

Just how much employers play into the production of such women, with such courses, or books influence, e.g The Female Eunuch, University courses etc., it is difficult to gauge. Germaine Greer horrified me once, when she came out and decried women's role in the nurturing and raising of children. She said, "What's all this BS about raising children? They'll come up anyway." I was such a fan of hers until she said that. I woke up immediately, since I had died on the labor table once, was doing Uni with two little kids and no familial and very little societal help available. It was a nightmare. She on the other hand, was childless, by choice I presume. However, looking at the genetic evidence, it may be that people are born a certain way, and it is under certain circumstances that they will express their evil side. Have you read some of the biographies of the Nazi concentration camp female torturers, gass oven operators? Perpetrators were young girls coming from ordinary families, many country girls, becoming influenced by Fascism, joining the Nazi Party, and ending up assigned to do the cruelest and dirtiest work of all for the Nazis. At what point did they become so cruel and evil? Was it just the circumstances? If it was, then why is everyone not capable of carrying out such sadistic work? It is not the same as eating your fellow passenger from the aeroplane because you are straving out in the snow. This is something else entirely. Not conditional upon survival, but an act committed out of loathing and hate, combined with a belief in one's superiority and also a belief that extermination of the inferior is an integral and necessary part of one's destiny. There is a sexual element to it as well, where sadism excites the libido. e.g: whipping women's nipples off, then gassing them in ovens. Playing classical music while feeding live people into the gas chambers or their bodies into the ovens, to alert the victims' lving comrades in the barrracks as to what they were doing. They had like religious, ritural practices. Fiendish, hideous. Non-human.
I rather think there's an element of mind control involved, the London Tavistock Institute had fine tuned it by the late 1950's. As to the other you mentioned, well what about the Ashkenazi Jews who controlled Bolshevik/Communist Russia and over 30 years tortured and murdered between 70 and 80 million Russians. I never hear that terrifying period of history brought up.
